At the estuary of the Seine, strange sea coast with petrochemical facilities spoils the fine scenery of the coast of Normandy. This is where Le Havre is situated, next to the beginning of limestone rocks in the region of Caux, a port and the thirteenth largest French city, with 190,000 inhabitants. The city takes the second position in the country according to its port activities.
